The MfS course was enlightening, positive and life-changing. I have tried many times to integrate mindfulness into my life and failed every time; it never ‘stuck’. The course triggered huge resistance initially which I knew was significant proof that a shift was happening internally. So I dug in and stuck it out - I’m so glad I did.
Anj was absolutely born to do this and is a beacon for mindfulness and loving kindness in action. I learnt so much from her - not just about mindfulness but about myself. When she leads meditations there is something about her voice, pacing and instruction that is totally hypnotic and just ‘gets you there’. She held the group so well, creating a wonderful atmosphere of safety and openness so that the participants could really open up and share their experiences, which created a wonderful bond and sense of community within the group.
This course and Anj’s leadership delivered more than I could ever have expected. Practising mindfulness in action has become second nature and totally changed my outlook on life, events and people. It sounds so glib, but the depth of this subtle shift is immense. The ‘inner work’ has been truly life changing - to have lived for decades with chronic low self esteem and then within eight weeks be liberated in a way that has allowed me to accept and truly LOVE myself is more than I could ever have wished for and I will be eternally grateful to Anj for facilitating this monumental shift to self acceptance and compassion for others. I didn’t want the course to end!

Anj created a safe open space with her presence and leadership. She communicated the material clearly, and effectively. It was lovely to observe how she worked with people to make sense of their experiences in a kind calm way. Her knowledge and passion for the subject shined through her teaching. When people had questions or challenges, she responded non judgementally with compassion, support and knowledge. She managed the group discussions well with grace and space, especially when we were a talkative bunch. Anj was so kind, gentle, respectful and inclusive as a teacher... I felt able to explore familiar material in more depth and I had some really valuable realisations about myself using the tools of Mindfulness. When I met with some challenges during the sessions I felt I could be open and supported by the group and I think this was largely to do with how Anj held the space and listened. Revisiting this course (MfS) has given me more confidence in how I incorporate the practices into my life and I just feel so incredibly happy and grateful for this experience.
Anj gave out warmth with her whole being. She conveyed the concepts really clearly each session and went over them if anyone was unsure. I would say she embodies the practice and this particularly shined through when she led the meditations. All of us commented on how soothing we found her voice and I would go on to say her guidance was so authentic & caring... Everything just really flowed and I was so impressed.
She is a wonderful, attentive and caring teacher who brings so much to the Mindfulness community.

Anjali is absolutely a natural as a mindfulness teacher. She has a great ability to communicate and explain concepts and the course material. She comes across as kind and sympathetic, but also professional and well organized. She has a lovely speaking voice when reading the poems, and leading the meditations.
Although I have attended a number of online courses I don’t think I have ever felt so comfortable and at ease within a group, particularly when sharing and that was due to Anj’s ability to lead and hold the group together. I very much enjoyed the meditations led by Anj throughout the whole course and looked forward to these each week. I find Anj’s pacing and tone extremely grounding and relaxing...
You are a natural teacher and your belief in the power of mindfulness and your connection with the materials was apparent throughout the course.
Anjali did an amazing job leading the course, she was very friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She has a very calming and relaxing voice so the guided meditations were especially fantastic and my favourite part.
Anjali was an excellent teacher and I got to understand a lot and learnt a lot from her explanations and teachings so I really appreciated her input as well as the input from the others on the course! Anjali was patient and kind... her meditations were wonderful, she has a lovely voice and would do the course again just for her meditations.
